HOTEL UPDATE: The Conference Room Block at the Four Seasons for Saturday (March 17th) and Tuesday (March 20th) is now full.  The Sunday and Monday rooms are limited.  We have secured an additional room block at the Courtyard Marriott (3 blocks from the Four Seasons) for Saturday-Wednesday at a rate of $179/night.  Click here for the Courtyard Marriott-Downtown Austin website.  Ask for the AAHB Room Block when calling for your reservation.

FOUR SEASONS  Room Rates: 

   City View King:  $200/night (single/double) + 15% state and local tax

   Lake View King: $230/night (single/double) + 15% state and local tax

   Lake View King: $270/night (single/double) + 15% state and local tax

    (w/balcony)

Room Rate includes: Free wireless internet in lobby, meeting and guest rooms; free access and use of 24 hour fitness Center and business center; Local and toll free call access, valet on-site parking with nearby off-site self-parking. 

TO RESERVE RESORT ROOMS:  Rooms must be reserved by 5pm eastern time on February 24, 2012.   To reserve a room at the conference rate, call the Reservations Department at (512) 685-8100 and indicate the special group rate with the American Academy of Health Behavior.  Reservations received after the cut-off date will be offered the group rate based on availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations must be changed or cancelled two (2) days prior to the day of arrival to avoid penalty. If you cancel between reservation date and 6:00 PM hotel time on March 16, 2012, there will be no forfeiture amount. If you cancel after 6:00 PM hotel time on March 16, 2012, the forfeiture amount will be a 1-night stay.

Check in time is 3:00 PM, and check out time is 12:00 pm (noon).
